Needing to read the whole thing.

Throughout this site we have looked at how meta-information about a piece of art can change one's perception of the piece, the art works' meaning.

Similarly for the Semantic Web, the meta-information about the contents can change one's understanding of the contents.

For k-collector, where the author is selecting the meta-information in the form of the see also topics, these topics should be considered to be closely related to understanding the article. One would want to read and understand what makes up a particular topic category to better understand the article.
