The New American Century I make it a habit to read stuff written by people I don't really agree with. Today's reading project was the web site for The New American Century. Founders listed include Elliot Abrams, William Bennett, Jeb Bush, Dick Cheney, Dan Qualye, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, and many others. Their statement of pupose was written in 1997 but seems congruant with what the Bush administration is promoting today. I will let you read through their site yourself if you are interested. They may have a good vision for a democratic world, but I don't agree with their strategy, just because I don't think that it will work. 4:44:35 PM
