Star-Trib: [The design-build method of road construction,] in which a team is hired to both design and build a project, saves time because some work can begin before design is complete, whereas traditional projects are designed to the last detail before a contractor is hired and work begins. See, even the civil engineers are tinkering with iterative development!

Our new church, Woodbury United Methodist, has outdoor services June-August. We have been to many other churches over the  years, and nobody else has stumbled on this, simple, obvious, but fantastic tradition.
