Audio Articles

OK... here's an idea which is kinda, well, totally, ripping of the AKMA Lessig Audio Book thing.

I dunno about you but I have such a terrible concentration span and am so busy that I have a pile... a PILE.. of articles on my desk... unread and causing me daily distress. Even moreso because I'm crap at just sitting down and reading stuff... I'd much rather skoot around, talking to people, reading blogs... bad habits :o)

Well, as I sit here copying Lessig's Free Culture audio book to CD so I can listen to it as I drive back to Melbourne it occurs to me that if 20 of us (whoever us may be) each recorded one interesting academic ed-tech (or related) article... for example Online learning communities: Investigating a design framework then we could have a kinda ed-tech mix tape of stuff to listen to in the car... or for those of us that have trouble sitting down with pieces of paper... or for those who would just like it!

Hell... it'd be interesting enough to see what articles people were into (it could be a regular thing :o)... and way cool if we (bloggers) could actually hear each others voices!

I could even see if my Uni might host it.

Whaddya reckon? We could even get Stephen's book up there... never say never!

[Apparently this is a good recorder for Windows.]
