GRIPEBLOG---I am in line at Starbucks. I just took a movie, "Company Man" to the Postal Annix. On Thursday we recieved it from Netflix, along with two others. From a customer service point of view, when customers have to deal with multiple service people, and nobody within a customer service organization takes ownership of a problem, that is maddeningly frustrating. Netflix is not the only organization with this problem, it exists where I work. I am a service provider.
