The season to feather your nest

Jeff and Nicole sell their condo!
Jeff and Nicole have sold their condo clearing the biggest hurdle to to making their new home a reality. Their new place has three bedrooms and some income property as part of the deal. So, they will not only be new homeowners they will be land lords. Kudos to them! The buyer of their condo is one of Nicole's uncles.
