It's 4:30 P.M. here; back when I was a kid that would mean air time for "Square One" on the local PBS station. Yes, I was a nerd, but it was one of my favorite shows when I was 12-ish. In retrospect, I believe they only made two seasons of it, but what good seasons they were. Just think, I wouldn't know what a Fibanacci sequence was, if not for that show; and I still don't know how to spell it. Of course, the best part was the spoof of "Dragnet" called, obviously "Mathnet" where the protagonists solved crime sprees by dissolving mathematical puzzlers.
Educational TV. What a novel concept.
