Radio apparently ate a post, I'll re-enter it should it not come up.

i suppose a certain amount of my nightmarish flashbacks could be atributed to my coming-upon an allegorical "threshold" in my life, as far as what I've conceived in imagination of my life before.  Never really in my life, have I really stopped to think about what I would be doing after college; everything up until that point was fairly mapped out, if for no other reason than there was only (relatively) a limited amount of possibilities that could take place.  But in about 18 months, it'll be completely up in the air.  And I'm slipping further and further away from having any leverage going into the lion's den.

"I guess I lost all my hope last year."

From today's Relevant slices.

Atlanta-based hip-hop group Mars ILL has signed to Gotee Records and will release BACKBREAKANOMICS on August 19. “We're excited about signing on with Gotee,” group member manCHILD said. “We refused offers from other labels in the past and held out simply because no one seemed to understand what Mars ILL is about. I can honestly say that these guys get it. This is an organization that is on point from both the business, as well as the spiritual aspect, and we're just glad to be part of the family” ...

That's about the happiest news of the summer so far, I'll wager.

Leadership University is getting in on the bandwagon (evangelicals getting on a cultural trend?  Surely that never happens...;-) ) with a special focus on The Matrix.

I recommend the Dark excerpt.

In the meantime, Hil is romping hither and thither about the globe, and still finding time to scold me for not rolling her.  Well, I've done that, and a body post to boot.  She's 20 now, too, and still short, we presume, and still about two years ahead of me.

So my posts of late haven't exactly been setting the world on fire, unless you'd consider scraping fingernails against a chalkboard "fire."

I'll see what I can do to rectify the problemo.  Aloha! until I wake up later this morning.
