July 18.

Friday Five

1. When was the last time you cheated?

I cheat myself every day, more or less.

2. When was the last time you stole?

uhh..umm..hmm...

Does the government count? ;-)

3. When was the last time you lied?

I lie to myself every day.

I'm starting to see a pattern here.

4. When was the last time you broke or vandalized another's property?

Would this be the time for a bad "God's Property" inferrence?  Probably not.

5. When was the last time you hurt a loved one?

To be continued...

Appeasement

Rob says I'm supposed to address this.  Don't know who I'm supposed to address it to...

Seriously, can't say something like that surprises me, though I'd rather not read about it.

Friday

Apprently the pun on Wednesday was so terrible that no one bothered to even comment on it.

Oh well.  I was working on a "semi-definitive list of popular movies I haven't seen" but decided that list would be eternally too long for publication.

I like to kid about the legions of films I haven't seen, not so much that I feel like I'm missing out (though I do occasionally) but that it makes me feel a little uncultured.  When I was younger (HS on down) most of my friends weren't big movie buffs.  There weren't many theaters of note in our rural area, so it wasn't a huge deal to go to the films.  Sure, they became more widespread as we got older, but you could easily carry on a conversation without having to know a lot about obscure movie quotes.

Of course I would be remiss not to mention my overpretective family which pretty much banned all popular movies and music.  I could cheat on the "music" (and did), but the movies part was more difficult, since that required driving a car, (which I couldn't do.)
