I just received the first draft report of the War Memorial Stadium Task Force that will be presented to the Parks & Rec Commission.  There are still two meetings to be held February 11 (MMOB 4:00p) and 23 (TBA) if anyone wants to add their voice to the recommendations about the future useage of the Stadium.

Since amatuer baseball will not attract very many fans per game, this recommendation from the report is a problem for me: "It is recommended that events, that would otherwise compromise the quality of the playing surfaces, not be allowed in the facility."

I think I can see where this is headed, if you are paying attention you will see it too.
