The ultimate recycling.

I was in Charlotte all day working out the final details of a giant leap for Double Hung.  The project I alluded to a week or so ago is the historically sensitive renovation of the Rutzler Building, a 1928 apartment building in the Elizabeth section of town.

The general contractor is Conformity Corporation who has been gaining notoriety of late for their preservation efforts including recent recognition for the redevelopment and renovation of the Carolina School Supply building, also in uptown Charlotte.  The Rutzler project was on the front page of last week's Charlotte Business Journal.  These guys are very good at PR and also very good at preservation and I am glad I have hooked up with them.

I'm still accepting investors.
