STATE OF THE ART HEADHUNTER EQUIPMENT This is a pretty straight forward criteria because there is very little a recruiter needs in the way of equipment; a telephone, fax machine, personal computer connected to the Internet, and a pencil or pen.  If the recruiter you are considering asking to help you with your job search does not have any of the those items, do not work with him or her.  Some recruiters are refusing to take faxes but I consider that being a little narrow minded.  Since this is an all or nothing type of issue, I will not assign any points. 6:57:07 PM    comment []
