Sad news: Elder Thomas Waite, a 19-year-old Mormon missionary serving in Washington State, is in a Spokane hospital in critical but stable condition following an auto accident. His vehicle was struck by one driven by a 17-year-old who allegedly ran a stop sign; other missionaries in Elder Waite's vehicle escaped serious injury. Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time, and our prayers go out for his recovery. http://deseretnews.com/dn/view/0,1249,510049042,00.html
