If this weren't so pathetic, it would be funny: John Dvorak says "Since the appearance of the desktop computer, very little academic analysis has been done on it and how people use it." and suggests that someone should start doing so.

Um, yeah.  Plus UPA, and at least a dozen other organizations that are collections of researchers on how people use computers, the Internet, and other technologies.

Why does this guy have a job?
