Scoble has been raving privately about two new services from Memeorandum, for months, but hasn't been able to talk about it publicly, until now. The two services are Tech Memeorandum and Political Memeorandum. "Memeorandum chews through thousands of blogs in minutes and tells you what's important. It does this every few minutes.
