I'm forever amazed at how we underestimate the power of people. There are all the negative people in the world who wail, "this will end the world forever" or "no one will ever rebuild" then we see how people get to work, go back and start rebuilding. There will be long-lasting effects, but I expect the beginnings of a vibrant city before too long.
Businesses take a lesson. Get busy and look for new business and ways to get moving. Stop the wailing and whining.
