Sun says, 'Apple, pick us, pick us!'
From our friends over at TUAW

Jonathan Schwartz, President and COO of Sun as well as a blogger, has an interesting post on his blog. It basically boils down to, 'Hey, Apple, we have our own Unix based OS that runs on a variety of processor platforms and you seem to be wanting a change. Why not build Mac OS XI on Solaris 10?'

It seems everyone wants a piece of Apple. It is amazing how a company that has such small market-share can garner so much attention.

Steve, I salute you.

Steve Jobs, like Howard Hughes, Mystifies
A picture named stevejobs.jpg

Some men dream the future. He built it.

Steve Jobs, the maverick who has architected one of the greatest comebacks in the history of Silicon Valley, continues to prove that he is a modern day Howard Hughes. Unpredictable, charming, loving, petulant, and perhaps more than anything deviously mysterious. But more than anything brilliant. When everyone including Intel[base ']s own CEO designate said, that it would be a cold day in hell, before Apple uses Intel[base ']s x86 chips, Jobs goes ahead and does it anyway.
