Huskies are Roadkill Last night, I enjoyed another victorious turn by my Boston Univerity Terriers in the Beanpot Championship, defeating the Northeastern University Huskies 3-2 in overtime. You can read the coverage here, here, and here. Going into the game, the Terriers moved up to number 11 in the Division I Men's Poll at USCHO.com. I enjoyed the game at Captain Larry's, with my freshly arrived BU hockey jersey. It was quite empty for the first period and part of the second, with yesterday being Valentine's Day. I think I have found a new Beanpot tradition, and it is a much more preferable location then the place the DC BU Alumni club chooses (which is in Northern Virginia). I had a great time, even if I was the only one cheering at a TV with no sound. Yeah, I am a big geek. 9:32:10 AM    comment []  trackback []
