Black Dahlia 4.0 Four point zero is, or was, a perfect evaluation in the Army. The Navy required a five for an outstanding performance rating. The masterful work you see above is executed in exactly four lines. North-south and east-west in black. The line of proof, and the murder/suicide line in red. Simple, elegant, clean, sharp, no ragged edges or padding. Betty was as flawlessly bisected from west to east.
