Stop back in a little while, I'll have a little story about my own dealings with DaveW, and my thoughts on one of the "busy old bastards", as Garth has so elequently put it. BTW, "busy old bastards" is a fantastic googlewhack! [Update: This is actually a GooglePhwhack, since I did this search as a phrase, rather than as individual words. Sorry for the confusion.]
busy = 5,530,000
Not a bad score, eh, Dane? :-) OK, so after yesterday's involuntary adventure, now I feel all creeped out when I'm in my car. At least the LEOs were pretty cool as I filled out the report; polite, empathetic, and freindly while remaining business-like. Often hard to do, when you consider their job. I think I'll send a letter to their chief. I'll even ask him to place it in their personnel files, so it can be considered for future reviews. Too many folks only bother to send letters when they want to gripe. I do that too, but I want to start changing my little chunk of the world by rewarding folks who do a good job, too.
DaveW, consider this a letter of thanks to you, Brent, Jake, John, Robert, Bob, Doug, Lawrence, and whomever else is currently helping to keep this good stuff rolling out. I appreciate having Radio and the pleasant surprises that keep coming out of UserLand (like the doubling of Radio users blog-space quota. ;-) ).
