Blue Icewater Radio is a low-fi (32 kbps) Indy blues Net station that is mixing some very interesting holiday tracks (Jim Froman's Wexford Carol is one) into its playlist. If you read Tim O'Reilly's seminal piece about publishing, you'll see exactly what he's talking about - access to great content that would otherwise languish in obscurity - in Blue Icewater Radio. I love the blues: there's hardly ever any new blues artists at record stores... and here's a whole radio station of interesting new blues artists, bit-rate notwithstanding... Like Chris says, there's hardly ever any new blues artists; this sounds like it's worth checking out.
