I just remembered why I detest Microsoft so much, and why I try to avoid their products.
I just came back home from a day spent teaching, ready and eager to check my email and catch up with work here. I booted the Mac, connected to the ’net, and launched my Microsoft email client. When the window opened, it was if the program had just been freshly installed. Address book wiped clean, no old emails anywhere to be seen, a nice message from the developers welcoming me to their program.
What the hell is going on here? And can it be fixed. And if so, how?
