Steve is the bomb
props to my brother, who puts himself out there with his art. I am learning a thing or two from him with my music. Third week in a row, I've spent just 30 minutes recording myself, and it already feels like its paying off.

RollerWeblogger.com is a unique name
I'm not an attorney, but I have dealt with registering a trademark and dealing with trademark infringement issues (with Macromedia, no less!) . So I want to share a couple of thoughts with you. First, don't sweat it: if he wants to take action, let him. It costs him time and money to initiate action. Second, if he does not have a registered trademark, his legal standing is fairly weak. Third, your name is quite dissimilar to his. Next, as you say, the term weblogger is quite common, and single words like this generally can't be granted registered trademark status.
All that said, let me emphasize my initial point: Don't panic.
Roller vs. WebloggerZilla.
I do not need a registered trademark to sue you. Ask your attorney. I take it by your attitude here you are ready for a fight. You will hear from my attorney next. -Erin
That is the latest. What a sweet guy. As I said before, I welcome any advice, assistance or pointers to sites/organizations that might help me research my case. [Blogging Roller]
