Critical Eldred Copyright Case before the Supreme Court Eldred is Coming. We won't get the verdict for several more months, but in about a week, the Eldred case comes up before the Supreme Court. Man, I almost don't want to think about it just because I'm going to be so disappointed if Eldred loses. Click on the image for some info about the case and recent press. The past always tries to control the creativity that builds upon it. Free societies enable the future by limiting this power of the past. Ours is less and less a free society.
