Whispering Pines
Eight-hour outage on Saturday. Power came back until late Sunday, when it went to intermittent and then to a dim sort of half-power state. "Brownout" style. Was like that Monday until noon, then another 11+ hours of outage. Came back between 11 and midnight. The lawn is covered with pine debris, mostly small branches. I haven't looked on the roof yet, but it is sure to have a bunch more branches on it. We heard plenty of them fall during Sunday nights winds.
When bought our house, it was an estate sale, so we "inherited" a little plaque down by the street, that
announces the place's name as "Whispering Pines".
