More definitive 0xCAFEBABE
Bill Bumgarner tracked down a more definitive
answer to the Why CAFEBABE? question than the one I posted
last April.
I sent Bill a note pointing out my posting,
leading to perhaps the first time I've ever been
called "Brian".
Once you add that to
last October's mangling of my last name,
it adds up to a cool new alias: Brian Lanchmar.
Of course, perhaps there was a "Brian L." who
also pointed out the April story, in which case, pardon
me. But I'm keeping the alias. (Tonight, Lanchmar is a
one-word googlewhack.)
