How to feel good #2 - look for random acts of kindness.
I just checked my [depressingly short] referer log and noted a Google Instant Message: "i'm in love with victor"

How to feel good - This is really easy. Stop thinking about yourself and do something for someone (or something) else.
I just let the chickens out of their coop and collected the eggs. They were so grateful, clucking and tearing around the yard looking for new tings to scratch and eat!
Now I feel better.

How to be frustrated - Normally I like to solve peoples problems, not necessarily give them problems. But today...
- Wake up as usual
- Come down to the office and see that no-one has looked at your weblog
- Have your wife remind you we have no bread
- Shower quickly and get bread
- Ask children seventeen times what they want on their lunch
- Say "you can't have Nutella on your lunch" six times
- Have training partner screw up confirmation to their student for your course
- Take call from lost student
- Advise training partner of their mistake
- Make cup of coffee yourself as there is no one else to make it for you
- Take call from still lost student
- Wonder why you bothered to create maps, letters and other useful information in confirmation kit
- Call car salesman to find out where new car is only to be put on hold
- Leave number with secretary and wait endlessly for call back
- Wonder if it's too late to order car from another dealer
- Take call from training partner seeking description of door to training room
- Remind training partner that the door is just three away from his own
- Sigh
- Drink coffee and realise that it has gone cold
- Sigh again
Repeat as required.
