Sonic Studio HD Splits to New Company
LAS VEGAS,
Apr. 08, 2002 -- Sonic Solutions, the company behind several DVD authoring products for macintosh and Windows, has split off its audio audio workstation products to a new company, Sonic Studio LLC. The new joint venture will now be responsible for developing and marketing all former Sonic audio products, which include the Macintosh-based Sonic Studio HD workstations, No Noise and related technologies.

Digidesign Licenses Sonic NoNOISE Technology
