Apache Web-Serving for Mac OS X, Part 6. O’Reilly: “There are a decent number of modules shipped with Apache, so thus begins a two-part article concerning them, as well as the mojo-jojo that can be yours. We’ll keep these articles updated as time goes on, so they’ll always be a handy reference, whether you’re using Apache on OS X, Linux, or Windows.” [ranchero.com]

I like this quote: 'Time and time again I've heard people say that their iBook is the best-built computer they've ever owned.'

Two Words: Biodegradable Plastic. The push is on to make plastics that, when thrown away, gently become part of the Earth. Part of that push is to make sure the stuff doesn't cost any more than what's out there now. Stewart Taggart reports from Sydney, Australia. [Wired News]

Apple eNews - Reviving a Family[base ']019s Lost Past: "Although he had never seen the footage before, he was able to date it by his age in the films - between four and six. When he first watched them, he was struck by the fact that his parents were younger in them than he is now. "
I am a total sucker for this stuff. I've had some reels of 8mm film in my bedroom for years. I've only seen some of it. I'm dying to transfer it to digital and create DVDs for family members. This is a description of one person's project using a Mac and the software that came with it.
