The Canadian 3rd Battalion, Princess Patricia's Canadian Light infantry troops being sent to Afghanistan to bolster the American 101st Airborne, Air Assault division at Kandahar will arrive next week. The troops and equipment will arrive by U.S. and Canadian military airlift, plus civilian chartered planes.  Let’s invite the Wall Street Journal to send a reporter to be there when the Canadian troops arrive. 11:10:50 PM     Saudi Arabia, which pledged $220 million for reconstruction efforts in Afghanistan, threatened to boycott last week's International Conference on Reconstruction Assistance to Afghanistan in Tokyo if a delegation from Israel attended.   11:05:50 PM
