If I see that Bell Mobility ad one more time... Yahoo News reports an Illinois high school teacher has filled a class action suit against the Loews theatre chain claiming that their policy of playing pre-film commercials amounts to a deceptive business practice because the ads begin at the time advertised as the start of a feature movie. 12:07:45 AM
