The Gizmodo Gadgets Weblog has a new editor; Brendan Koerner after its founding editor Pete Rojas left the site to work on other projects, including the competing blog Engadget.com which looks very similar to Gizmodo.

The announcement states that Brendam Koerner is a contributing editor to Wired, the "Mr. Roboto" columnist for the Village Voice, and the "Explainer" columnist for Slate.
