Can Mel Gibson prevent his movie from being used for hate?

Haaretz reports:

A top Shiite cleric urged Kuwait's government Saturday to let Mel Gibson's controversial film be shown in this conservative Muslim state because it "reveals crimes committed by Jews against Christ."
