Missing Trader Suspected of Fraud. A Baltimore-based foreign-exchange dealer is missing and is suspected of defrauding Allied Irish Banks of $750 million, officials of Ireland's biggest company said Wednesday. [AP World News] Oh dear! Israel's defense minister said Tuesday that Yasser Arafat is not a partner for negotiations and urged the United States to open talks with more "realistic" Palestinian leaders.
