UPDATE: The Nevada Marijuana Initiative A huge front page story in the state's largest newspaper, The Las Vegas Review-Journal, entitled "Marijuana Initiative: Economic Benefits Touted" estimated that bringing marijuana into a regulated market would generate $200 million in annual tax revenues; not counting the savings from eliminating law-enforcement expenditures." UPDATE: The Indian Trust Fund Lawsuit A Native American Rights Fund attorney recently said that U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth will make a decision on the Bush administration's contempt trial very soon. "It's going to be huge," Keith Harper said.
