Organizing your legal cases - if you are a litigator and you haven't tried using CaseMap you should do so immediately. It's free to try for thirty days so you have not excuse. It does so many things that it is hard to describe its full breadth but if you have a case that needs a fact chronology (and most cases do) then download it and test it out.

Statutory Construction - understanding statutory law is somber stuff, and this is especially true for federal statutes. Why? They're written by lawyers, well actually they are written by lobbyists who are lawyers. And why do I mention this? Well because there is a new blog in town called Statutory Construction Zone run by a nice fellow named Gary O'Connor who has taken inspiration from Howard Bashman. Looks like a great site.
