My Comments are slightly off - what I mean by that is that my YACCS comment system seems to be off by one post so don't get confused.  I need to troubleshoot this so, for now, don't add comments because if I fix it, then your more recent comments will be off by one after I fix it.  Somehow that reminds me of the line in the movie Spinal Tap about the amp going up to eleven, and that being a good thing because eleven is one louder than ten.  And if you don't understand that reference then you'll think that my YACCS comments aren't the only comments of mine that are off.

Cellphone Technology Explained - I read a great short article on the advent of cellphone technology in the ABA's Law Practice Management Section Magazine.  Cell Phone Systems: Multigenerational Crumbs, written by a Canadian attorney named Mark Tamminga, is worth reading if you care at all about allocation of the wireless spectrum.  Or if you are just curious about how cell phone systems developed.  The article is extremely clear and concise, so don't hesitate to follow that link.   You know you want to.
