Meet Tara Grubb She is the Libertarian Party candidate running against Howard Coble. A 26-year-old Realtor who lives in High Point, she opposes the Berman-Coble P2P bill. She seems bright, if a little young, has a degree in political theory, and badly needs money to hire a campaign manager. The last time out the Libertarian candidate got 9% of the vote and Coble got 91%. Tara thinks she can do better than that. Digilante Bill Notes Phil Wolff wants to know if the bill that would turn entertainment companies into digital vigilantes would let him hack an entertainment company that browses his copyrighted Weblog. Brian St. Pierre takes the subversive idea even further, and Dave Winer gets in a shot, too. Jim Zellmer got a thoughtful note from his congresswoman, Wisconsin's Tammy Baldwin, with whom I have requested a phone interview. She is on the committee that will consider the Berman bill. Dave Winer also added a third option to his poll, and now the most popular opinion is that Coble doesn't understand the issue AND that he's serving his Hollywood paymasters instead of his North Carolina constituents. OK, seriously, if you want this blog thing to take off, the barrier to entry must be lowered. Can't tell from the interface how to make a cateogory work or actually post pictures. I turn on a category  in the preferences add it to the navigator, but the page doesn't show up on my blog when i post to it. Also added photos to my watch folder, but nothing happens.
