Who knows?

The Turkey Shadow knows!

Gobble Gobble!!

(The "Turkey Shadow" is the result of the street light creating a night time shadow from our very cute Thanksgiving turkey windsock)

I'm doing the Thanksgiving baking thing tonight: Four pies: two cranberry-maple-pear pies (major yummy). Two pumpin pies made with fresh hand ground spices!!! Very good.

While I'm slaving away in the kitchen, Peter is of course at The Great Alaska Shootout.

From today's Anchorage Daily News:

adn.com story photoErling Johansen keeps his eye on the time Tuesday while taking his lunch hour to mow his lawn in midtown. "When I heard it was 55 degrees, I hurried home," he said. "I'm hoping this is it for the winter." ( Photo by Erik Hill / Anchorage Daily News)
