The best project news of the entire weekend was the announcement that Scott proposed to Kim!!!!!!!!! I am sooooooooo excited.

Scott had it all planned out - he spirited away Kim for a day trip to Seward. They took a galcier cruise and as the boat pulled up in front of a particularly scenic location, Scott got down on one knee and popped the question!!! How romantic!!! After a short stunned pause, Kim accepted.

The ring is amazing - it will dazzle you blind!!!!

It's been quite the weekend!!!! The entire project has absolutely blitzed the schedule. My data conversion team zoomed through their portion - we completed the conversion - from beginning (data extraction from the legacy systems) to end (loading the converted data into the destination systems) in a stunning eighteen hours. We halved our our previous best time. Plus, we converted every single account!

Actually, and I hesitate to say this for fear of jinxing us, but everything looks amazingly good. We're all stunned. I've coined a new acronym UFB - Un-F***ing-Believable!

Of course, the rubber will really meet the road tomorrow when we start ramping up full operations. Plus, my team has a hefty amount of post go live data conversion to complete in a very short time. But overall, we're in a pretty fantastic place!!!!
