Today, The Ski Boy, The Suze, and I journeyed out to Sanibel and Captiva islands. Totally delightful - rural and charming. The urban sprawl that characterizes so much of Florida has definitely not hit these two islands.
We did some gallery hopping, had lunch at The Bubble Room (which was a bit much - it reminded me of The Birdhouse) and of course, did a geocache.
My favorite place was the Jungle Drums Gallery - the art was wonderfully whimsical. Mom definitely scored some goodies!!!
