Yup, as many of you intuited, the Ski Boy and I are now engaged!!!!!
Peter popped the question last Tuesday evening - on his birthday! He asked if he could have "the best birthday present ever" and then showed me the ring. At first I just couldn't believe it - I spent five minutes asking if he was serious. Once I decided that he was indeed serious, I managed to stammer out a "yes". I was completely stunned and completely surprised!!!!
We're both very very excited - this whole engagement thing is pretty darn spiffy!!!!!
Of course, now we have to plan a wedding. We'll be looking to Scott and Kim for the latest information on matrimonial events.
