UN Human Rights Council member in good standing, Sudan is still denying the enormous human right abuses (read genocide) going on in Dafur.  With thousands dead, countless others  raped, maimed and enslaved, there is still no condemnation of Sudan's Islamist government by the UN Security Council. Chickens Return Home, Roost The BBC is taking the subject of Arab-Islamic terrorism very seriously in the wake of an attack on two of their reporters in Saudi Arabia. Yes, this is the same BBC that has been on the forefront of justifying terrorism as a legitimate form of "political expression." (And yes, before that, the same BBC that welcomed European fascism.) This generation's roster of BBC idiotarians include (guest reporter) MP Jenny Tonge, Mid East correspondent Keith Adams and show host Tom Paulin. Coming off her "success" at putting a human face on terrorism in Israel, will Ms. Tonge interview the family of the terrorist that ambushed the BBC's Mr. Cumbers? Madrid bombing suspect arrested in Milan CBC British Columbia - MILAN - Police in Italy have arrested a man thought to be a key planner of the Madrid bombings that killed 191 people earlier this year. Of the two men arrested in Italy, one was Rabei Osman Ahmed, 33, and the other is reported to be Yahia Payumi, a Palestinian.  10:53:43 AM

Vancouver man ordered to pay Barrick $125,000 for libel on Internet Financial Post - The Ontario Court of Appeal has ordered a Vancouver man to pay Barrick Gold Corp. $125,000 in damages for conducting an Internet libel campaign involving voluminous postings on numerous stock market chat Web sites.
