Best Buy, Napster partner on promotions CNET News.com - Digital music provider Napster has teamed up with Best Buy to enlist new subscribers. Under the terms of the deal, announced Thursday, Best Buy will promote Napster through in-store marketing and media advertising. It will also launch a co-branded version of the music service to be sold online through Bestbuy.com. In return, Best Buy will get stock of Napster parent Roxio worth up to $10 million over the term of the multiyear agreement. 8 Detained Servicemen in British Custody ABC News - Eight British servicemen who were detained after their boats strayed into Iranian territorial waters have been turned over to British diplomats, officials said Thursday. Protesters angry about the occupation of Iraq tried to approach the six Royal Marines and two sailors as they arrived at Tehran's airport accompanied by British consular officers, but they were kept away by police. Lawyer’s Co-Defendant Aided in a Call to Kill Jews. Lynne F. Stewart, is a lawyer who is accused of aiding terrorism.   She worked with an associate of Osama bin Laden to draft an October 2000 call to Muslims worldwide to fight Jews and “kill them wherever they are”.  Her co-defendant, Ahmed Abdel Sattar intended the message to be provocative but not “a terrorist statement.”  At least that is the excuse attemped by his lawyer, Kenneth Paul.  The lawyer said, “It was never his intent for anyone to be killed.” How far from that argument might the actual killing of a Jew be considered just an expression of anger? 2:08:56 PM
