EFF pimps X-Box cracker 'victory'. Not getting enough attention lately [The Register] Well, it's nice to know that the DMCA hasn't made doing security research totally impossible. You just have to have a dozen lawyers looking over your shoulder at all times. Great. I'd like to see some legal analysis of this.
