NY Times: "Pet food stores weren't the killer app for the Web, but peer-reviewed scholarly journals might be." [Scripting News] Am I the only one who thinks this is bleedin' obvious? Isn't this exactly what the Web was invented for? Have you read an academic paper recently? There are no hyperlinks.
