Slacker AG Reuters: "Kazaa said Tuesday that it had counter-sued film and music companies seeking to shut it down, alleging antitrust violations and overzealous copyright protection." [Scripting News]
It's sad that our Attorney General won't protect us from the Entertainment Oligopoly -- after all, it's his job. It takes a small independent firm being sued out of existence to strike back, and in doing so, save all our butts. I don't care if every major record label puts itself out of business out of sheer ignorance and stubbornness, but I feel bad about the economic collateral damage each will inflict as it does so. 6:33:58 PM
