Donna did the whole Regional Arts Commission grant application herself. I'm happy. Moreover because yet another person has learned that we storytellers, proposal writers, sometimes just get in the way. Brilliant. And another example, eGrants, of how the Web can allow the people with the message to communicate the word directly.
