So the folks that watch these statistics are starting to notice the effect of offshoring. Note the clever phrasing: "Lately the work sent abroad has climbed way up the skills ladder," or Craig Barretts phrase "we have to move up the skill chain overseas." Do you feel the pressure of offshoring moving up your skills chain?
