An article on business blogging in Econtent magazine (October issue, not yet online) discusses the potential for blogging in businesses, but misses the importance of RSS feeds. What good is a daily or hourly update on security patch status if you have to browse a dozen blogs to keep current. RSS pulls it all together. I rely more and more on RSS to track my favorite (and not-so) blogs, using the news reader in Radio and NetNewsWire Lite on the Mac. What would we do without them?
